Getting started.
ADVERTISINGHOST is for UK adults aged 18 and over. Choose a game, read its instructions and open it. Ember Dragon: Cinder Library, Claw Cove Treasures and Sundown Express are guest slots. Rune Memory, Starlight Merge and Prism Breaker are guest casual games. The rest of the catalogue requires a free account.
A preview is an illustrative demonstration. It never spends your credits or saves a personal result. Preview outcomes are examples, not predicted results.
Playing a slot.
Choose a listed play level, then Spin. Open the game’s Rules for its symbols, awards and features. Some games offer free spins, hold-and-spin rounds, evolving Wilds or a bonus decision. Finish a pending decision before starting another slot.
Account Play Credits are shared across all 97 slots. Guest Play Credits are shared across the three guest slots. The server records each round and its result. Retry an interrupted request with the in-game retry control, or reload the same game to recover its recorded state. Replay shows an existing result without charging another play level.
Free credits.
New eligible accounts receive 100,000 Play Credits. If fewer than 50 remain, My Casino offers a free refill once per 24 hours, after any pending bonus is finished. Credits cannot be purchased or redeemed.
Casual scores and achievements remain separate. They never change your slot credit balance.
Casual controls and saves.
Read How to play for the controls of each game. Use Pause, P or Escape when the playfield has focus. Leaving the tab pauses casual gameplay. Compatible saved rounds can be continued; saving is periodic, so an abrupt shutdown may lose the latest actions.
Account saves, favourites, next-up lists and recent games follow your sign-in. Guest records remain in the browser. Previews do not write scores or recent-play records.
Loading and device help.
Allow JavaScript and use a current browser. Retry a failed game load. Canvas and WebGL rendering can be affected by device limits or extensions. On a phone, use the visible touch controls.
If a problem persists, open Contact and include the game title, round identifier if present, what happened and your browser. Never include your password. The form saves your request and gives you a private page where you can read and send replies. General support has no guaranteed response time; privacy requests follow the time limits described in the Privacy notice.
