ACCESSIBILITY & CONTROLS

Make room for comfortable play.

Keyboard navigation, readable controls, reduced effects and the current accessibility limits of ADVERTISINGHOST.

The catalogue should be easy to explore, and a game should explain how to play. Different challenges still have different input and visual needs.

Getting around the site.

A Skip to content link appears when focused. Navigation, search, filters and game links use native controls with visible focus indicators. Game cards label their save and play actions, and previews can be closed with Escape.

The preview dialog keeps keyboard focus inside while it is open and returns focus to the control that opened it. On small screens, the bottom navigation gives direct access to the main sections.

Game controls and status.

Grid games expose labelled tile buttons. Relevant games provide visible direction and action controls, keyboard shortcuts, pause and restart. A game’s rules explain its objective and inputs.

Status text reports an ended or completed attempt. Scores are not used to force access to another page or game.

Effects, sound and motion.

Sound is off by default. Games offer reduced effects and begin with your system’s reduced-motion preference. The site avoids decorative movement when that preference is enabled.

Essential arcade movement remains: a ball must travel and an obstacle must approach for those games to work. Try a turn-based puzzle or strategy game if that movement is uncomfortable.

Current limits.

Canvas arcade playfields depend on visual position and timing. Text rules and status messages do not make every canvas game fully accessible to a screen reader. Some word challenges are more comfortable with a physical keyboard.

If a control, focus order or contrast problem gets in your way, prepare a feedback report with the page and the action. The site does not claim formal accessibility certification.
